You must be at least 16 years old to use this website. Parents or legal guardians must complete sign-up on behalf of minors.

 

2. Class Bookings

All free trial sessions and membership bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel classes if required, including for safety, staffing, or operational reasons.

 

3. Membership Terms

• Membership includes access to scheduled classes relevant to the member’s age group.

• ​All memberships at The Grappling Academy operate on a 30-day rolling contract. This means your membership renews monthly,

• A 30-day notice period is required to cancel any membership. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@thegrapplingacademy.co.uk.

• We reserve the right to terminate any membership, without refund, in cases of unacceptable behaviour, breach of academy rules, or actions that go against our values or compromise the safety and wellbeing of others.

 

4. Membership Pauses & Suspensions

• We do not offer routine membership pauses for holidays or general absences.

• Temporary suspensions may be considered in cases of medical injury or extended illness, with appropriate evidence (e.g. a doctor's note). Requests must be submitted in writing via info@thegrapplingacademy.co.uk.

• Any pause is granted at our discretion and must be agreed in advance. Retrospective requests will not be accepted.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, branding, photography, and copy, is the intellectual property of The Grappling Academy Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without prior written permission.

 

6. Liability

Participation in grappling and other physical activities carries a risk of injury. By attending classes or events, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate and do so at your own risk. The Grappling Academy Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or misuse of information provided.

 

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

8. Changes to Terms
